We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join us at one of our newly commissioned homes, Gracewell of Sutton, which opened in November 2016. Currently rated as GOOD by the CQC our 83 bedded home currently provides high quality, personalised nursing and dementia care in Sutton, Surrey and in close proximity to Epsom for 30 residents.

Our Home Managers at Gracewell are autonomous in responsibility for the overall management of their Community, all measured through key performance indicators such as sales leadership, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment and through regulatory CQC compliance. As the head of the Home, strong leadership and coaching skills are paramount. Communication skills are vital to be able to demonstrate empathy, engage team members, and work with families and residents alike.
